Banana and Pecan loaf cake, with a honey glaze and white icing drizzle baked in the Farmhouse Aga.
 
Moist and full of flavour - Banana and Pecan cake. Made using the finest ingredients and eggs from our own rescue ducks and chickens. Baked gently in the Aga baking oven for an hour. Then glazed with sweet honey and finished with whole pecans and a white drizzle icing.

The cake will keep well in an airtight tin in a cool room for another week after receipt ( if it lasts that long!). It will serve 10-12.
