Cranberry, Port & Orange Sauce. Homemade on the Farmhouse Aga by Alison - The Chiltern Pantry. Christmas / Thanksgiving Gift.
 
This is a lovely Christmas or Thanksgiving sauce for the turkey, hand made on our Farmhouse aga in our 5* hygiene rated kitchen (from Buckinghamshire Council).

We take large plump cranberries from Canada (unfortunately we can't source them locally!), and we simmer them with fresh orange juice and zest, soft brown sugar, and cinnamon which creates a wonderful smell in the kitchen. We then add the port at the last minute, so the taste of the alcohol remains and is not boiled off. We only use real natural ingredients - we never use artificial colours, setting agents, or other unsustainable additives in any of our products.

We make the sauce in small batches and we taste every single batch just to make sure it is perfect every time.

Once opened please keep in the fridge and use within 10 days.

One jar of 190g net weight is £3.95, but I can send up to 5 jars for the same postage cost of £3.25 for a single jar - so why not buy a few for friends, and spread the postage cost.

I can also add these jars to any of my gift boxes or hampers.
