MIXED BERRY Jam with GIN - home made in small batches on the Farmhouse Aga.
 
This is a really tasty jam with a gin twist!

I cook the berries - Strawberries, Raspberries, Blackberries and Blueberries in their own juice, using the traditional open pan method, then add a dash of lemon juice, and sugar, and then boil the mixture up to make a really lovely and unusual jam. The gin is stirred in right at the end, to ensure the maximum flavour stays in the jam.

The colour comes completely from the fruit - there are no additives of any kind and no horrid commercial setting agents.

This listing is for one 255g jar ( half a pound in old fashioned money) but you are welcome to purchase more than one jar ( and I have other flavours available too) and I can send it in the same parcel for one single postage charge. If you find that Etsy cannot cope with multiple purchases with one postage charge either contact me and I will sort it out for you or I can quickly refund any excess postage you may have paid.
