Rum & Raisin Banana Bread/Loaf cake - an alcoholic delight baked in the Farmhouse Aga.
 
Moist plump rum soaked raisins, paired with banana, and with a hint of exotic spices - a match made in heaven! Made using the finest ingredients and eggs from our own rescue ducks and chickens. Baked gently in the Aga baking oven for an hour.

Best served with a good spread of butter....mmmmm....lovely!

It is cooked in a liner which will remain on the cake for protection when in the postal system. I will also wrap in clingfilm ( which I hate but it does help to keep it fresh and in one piece!)

The cake will keep well in an airtight tin in a cool room for another week after receipt ( if it lasts that long!). It will serve 10-12.
