Seedless Mulberry & Apple Jam

Hand picked local mulberries and apples, made into a wonderful seedless jam. Mulberries are a very seedy berry, so removing the seeds makes alovely smooth jam which is full of flavour - and a few apples are added to help the jam set as mulberries are low in pectin.
