CHRISTMAS ORDERS AND DELIVERY
Please order as soon as possible for your Christmas jams and marmalades. All the jars will have a minimum of 6 months shelf life after Christmas and popular flavours may run our nearer the festive season.
Regarding cakes - all my cakes freeze very well, so consider purchasing early and freezing the cake. The Chiltern Pantry is me and only me, so I am restricted to baking a relatively small number of cakes, as they are all individually baked in the Aga.
And apologies - I will be away from the 6th to18th December this year - please order cakes by the 1ST DECEMBER
Home-made Jams and Marmalade
Lovingly made in small batches on the Aga. We have all the traditional favourites, or try something more adventurous, such as damson and sloe gin. We source fruit from trusted farms in Herefordshire where possible, and even hand-pick the blackberries ourselves in autumn.
Freshly Baked Cakes
Delicious and individually handmade to order cakes using the freshest ingredients, such as eggs from our own rescue hens and ducks. We are happy to cater for all with our vegan and gluten-free options.

Our family have lived at The Old Farm for nearly 30 years. The Aga, where all the cooking is done, has always been the centre of the house and our family life. Our children and grandchildren love to huddle around on a cold winter’s day and smell grandma’s cooking.

Fresh and ethical eggs
We have our own flock of rescued ducks and chickens, who lay all the eggs in our cakes. They are a very happy bunch with plenty of space to run, flap, scratch, squawk, flap and swim. And they lay delicious eggs in return!
